Q: How do I place an order on your website?
A: You may create an account or use guest checkout. Creating an account is the best option because you receive exclusive email deals and gain points towards earning rewards.

Q: I just ordered and want to change something. How do I do it?
A: Please email us with your requested changes and well do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

Q: How do I change the delivery address of my order?
A: Please email the customer service department immediately and if your order has not shipped we will be glad to change it.

Q: The item arrived broken, what can I do?
A: We will gladly issue a replacement item once you contact our customer service department.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.

Q: Where is my order? I haven’t received it yet.
A: We ask that customers allow 5 to 10 business days for domestic shipping. For international shipping we ask that customers allow 10 to 20 business days.

Q: The tracking information doesn’t show anything:
A: Please make sure you are entering the tracking number correctly and allow up to one day for your tracking information to be updated.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally to a select group of countries. please check with us on shipping rates to your country.

Q: How come you haven’t messaged me back?
A: We try to answer all calls and emails same business day. If we cant we will answer you the next morning.
