Return Policy:
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a cash back refund or exchange.
If a product is defective or broken, please be prepared to provide a picture of the issue.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: To start your return process, please contact us using the contact page or email us at sales@topnotch-accessories.com
When contacting us please include your original date of purchase, order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Return your items to our processing center. You may use any trackable shipping method to return your items. You may use USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other carrier you wish. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns department, please allow up to seven days for your cash back refund to be processed to the original payment method.
